Very poor service and extended wait times. Orders placed through the chipotle application are consistently delayed. The last three visits have provided wait times between 30-45 mins past the appointed time. The quality of the ingredients has also been questionable on the last two visits. Gristly meat and browned guacamole.

Im with Dewayne Mckinney. Seems as if a fax order would cost the business more and someone would also have to be near the fax machine to receive it. Which would keep a worker Going bk & forth to a fax machine.
